- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- dash of salt
- 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
Directions:
- In a mug, add water, oil and vanilla. Whisk well.
- Add cocoa powder, and whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, and whisk well.
- Microwave for 60 seconds. The center should be slightly molten. Be careful not to overcook.
- The brownie will be hot, and enjoy.
